KATHLEEN P. SOE, D.O., a dermatologic surgeon and board certified dermatologist, is the founding medical director of Virginia Street Dermatology. Dr. Soe is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Her internship and residency were completed at Sun Coast Hospital. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of South Florida. She is affiliated with Mease Dunedin Hospital and Mease Countryside Hospital.

Dr. Soe, a long time resident of Pinellas County, is pleased to serve her community.

Dr. Soe has a special interest in Cosmetic Dermatology. She has completed advanced training in BOTOX® Cosmetic, Fraxel™, and Juvéderm™. At the same time, she is commited to the treatment and prevention of skin cancer.
